About Andy

Andy is a current Fitness Professional and is heavily involved in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and as a coach and business support manager to a large number of Personal Trainers across the UK. He also currently runs a number of outdoor fitness camps. Andy first entered the Fitness Industry over 12 years ago, and in between that time spent a number of years as a Royal Marines Commando and then went on to study at Degree level in Sport Science. In addition to his Degree, Andy has also studied specifically in the field of Posture Correction, Lower back injury, Strength and Conditioning, Instant Muscle Activation techniques and Performance enhancement and most recently, hormone profiling through the use of Bio-signature testing.

 

As a Personal Trainer for over 6 years, Andy became one of the busiest and most sought after Personal Trainers in the UK and has trained clients from all different backgrounds, achieving outstanding results by improving posture, overhauling the clients eating regimes and generating rapid results in weight management and body shaping. He currently conducts training seminars to Personal Trainers every month to help support them in their business whilst concurrently recruiting and mentoring newly qualified Personal Trainers assisting them to build their businesses. It has been suggested in the Fitness Industry that Andy’s relentless work as a Personal Training Manager and Mentor has been instrumental in building a PT culture in the major cities of the North of England on a par to that of London and other major cities within the US and Australia.

 

In addition to the formal qualifications that Andy possesses, he also has a wealth of knowledge that he draws on from his own involvement in exercise, fitness and sport having trained in many different countries in different environments and extreme climates.
